RIBBONS PATTERNS - THE ALBUM!
Before relocating to the far North of Australia in 2009, renowned Melbourne singer/ song
writer Donnie Dureau (Blueline Medic/ Tyre Swans) spent several month collaborating and
performing with good friends Jamie Hay (A Death In The Family/ Fear Like Us), Bec Martin
(Time Vampires), Jim Morris (The Vaudevillains) and duo Matt and Kylie Ryan, under the
title RIBBONS PATTERNS. Guided by Dureau's beautifully diverse and intuitive song-writing,
the resulting RIBBONS album is ten brilliantly crafted acoustic tracks, highlighting Donnie's
warm sense of irony and wonderful ability to convey life experience in a song. To launch the
album Donnie will be playing a run of solo & full band shows through early April, with plans for
more touring later in 2010. 'Ribbons Patterns' is out April 9th via Poison City CD/ iTunes.

LIKE...ALASKA - INSUFFICIENT FUNDS EP

POISON CITY TOUR 2010
Set to become an annual event, we're super excited to announce the first ever "POISON
CITY TOUR!" happening throughout April. Headed up by Sydney trio LUNGS who are
currently putting the finishing touches on their second full-length, the tour will also feature
Adelaide's PAPER ARMS who will be launching their Walter Schreifels (Rival Schools/ Gorilla
Biscuits) produced debut album. Both bands will be joined by the likes of A DEATH IN
THE FAMILY, LIKE...ALASKA, HAWAIIAN ISLANDS and DONNIE DUREAU (Blueline
Medic/ Ribbons Patterns) at shows along the way.

LEATHERFACE - THE STORMY PETREL

Forming in Sunderland, UK almost 2 decades ago, LEATHERFACE's legacy has spanned
across 7 studio albums, countless 7"s and vinyl releases, 2 discographies and of course their
much loved 1999 split with Hot Water Music. With original guitarist Dickie Hammond re-joining
the band in 2006 LEATHERFACE have continued to tour parts of the UK/ Europe, finally returning

CULT MINDS 7"
Spawning from the ashes of skate-thrash outfit Cut Sick some 12 months ago, CULT MINDS
emerged, continuing to blast out a potent blend of early hardcore and warp-speed punk rock
(think Poison Idea, Minor Threat, Scream etc). Later this month CULT MINDS head into the
studio to lay down tracks for an upcoming 7" + digital release - due out May 2010. More soon!
